About the role

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to support and optimize enterprise Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms across procurement, contracts, vendor risk, and approval workflows. This role will lead operational support, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional technology initiatives while guiding an S2P applications team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement activities for Source-to-Pay (S2P) technology platforms
• Provide technical and operational leadership for Coupa, Icertis, ProcessUnity, and DocuSign
• Manage stakeholder communication, escalations, and cross-functional coordination for enterprise technology initiatives
• Lead team 1:1s, weekly operational meetings, and provide mentorship to S2P technology team members
• Drive execution of large-scale IT implementations, system improvements, and operational process optimization
• Support governance and compliance needs related to SOX and GxP environments (preferred)

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and enterprise procurement technologies
• Hands-on experience with Coupa, Icertis, ProcessUnity, and DocuSign; Concur experience is a plus
• Strong background in IT operations, enterprise application support, and complex technology implementations
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience leading teams, handling escalations, and driving operational excellence
• SOX and GxP exposure preferred

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):

• Estimated hourly range: $80–$90/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
