SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for caregiving opportunities in Foxborough, MA. We’re looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers who want flexible scheduling, meaningful work, and reliable weekly pay.

Your Role

You’ll provide compassionate in-home support while helping clients maintain their comfort, safety, and independence. Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities

• Supporting mobility and transfers

• Providing companionship

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed

• Performing light housekeeping

• Helping clients with daily routines

• Following the client’s care plan and reporting concerns

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Reliable, patient, and compassionate

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
