Job Description\n
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Outpatient Surgical Center Operating Room position requiring an active MA RN license and AHA BLS certification.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Position is in an Outpatient Surgical Center within a hospital setting
- Operating Room nursing with perioperative responsibilities
- Shift is 3x8hrs days, 7:00am–3:30pm, totaling 24 hours per week
- Epic charting system is used on the unit
- Must provide nursing care for preoperative and postoperative patients in the outpatient surgical setting
- Local candidates must live more than 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston to qualify for the standard rate
- Parking may incur daily costs and public transportation options are available
- Timekeeping is managed via UKG/Kronos system

- Active, unrestricted MA RN license required at the time of consideration; no conditional or pending licenses allowed
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
- Operating Room nursing experience required
- Primary source license verification through NURSYS and Board of Nursing required
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions accepted
