Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

  • Deliver therapeutic services including individual, couples, and family counseling, applying a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

  • Foster a therapeutic alliance by collaborating with clients to set, monitor, and achieve their personal therapy goals.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that encompasses various demographics and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your ability to tailor your therapeutic approach to each individual will be essential in fostering trust and encouraging positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • \n

  • An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license issued in the state of Vermont is mandatory.
  • \n

  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele.

  • Proficient in evidence-based methods and possess excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team, with strong organizational skills to manage your caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
