We have a variety of full-time and part-time positions available for new and experienced caregivers, and both certified and uncertified.
Current Openings:
- We have full-time and part-time positions available with flexible schedules. Choose whether you'd like an ongoing set schedule, pick up open shifts only, or do a combination.
- We have primarily daytime and evening shifts available. We also have limited overnight shifts available.
- Homemaking-Companionship, Personal Care, and Transportation Aide positions are all available. Some but not all positions require certification such as CNA, CHHA, or PHCAST Personal Care-Homemaker
Job duties may include:
- Companionship & Homemaking: Socialization, meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, and more
- Transportation
- Hands-on assistance of personal hygiene: Bathing, toileting, changing, oral hygiene, etc
- Transfers and Ambulation assistance, with or without assistive devices
- Monitoring and documentation
- Other non-medical home care duties

Qualifications:
- Age 18 years or older (age 21 and older if providing transportation)
- Ability and willingness to help with all or most of the job duties. One or more years experience is helpful.
- Professional, compassionate, mature, and trustworthy
- Open to feedback and learning new approaches to care
- Able to legally work in the United States with proper documents (must have a social security number and valid photo ID)
- Reliable transportation and backup transportation and able to assist clients in Hampshire County (Easthampton, Northampton, Amherst, Hadley, Belchertown, etc.) A driver's license and a reliable vehicle are helpful and required for some, but not all, positions.
- Satisfactory results of a CORI and National Criminal Background Check
- Verifiable references
- Required for some positions only: Massachusetts Certifications/Licenses related to caregiving such as CNA, HHA, PCA (Both PHCAST trainings), CPR/First Aid
