The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans.

Minimum Requirements:
\n
High School Diploma or equivalent
\n One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.
\n Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
\n A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
\n Current CPR if applicable
\n TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
\n Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
\n Must be at least 18 years of age

\n Details of Assignment: BILH coversheet required at time of submission,. Fri, Sat, Sun 7p-7:30a - will work both xray and CT between Addison Gilbert Hospital and Beverly Hospital. 2+ years experience required. BLS-AHA and MA license required. ARRT required. 2+ years experience required. Would like to see previous travel exp. Must also be highly adaptable to quickly learn new protocols and work environments at different facilities, collaborate with new teams, and be able to perform routine tasks like equipment checks and patient record management. EPIC experience required. No local candidates will be accepted. Candidates who have worked perm at BILH must be separated for 6 months before qualifying for consideration.
