Ultra is a small HVAC contractor located in Barrington, NH. We are fast-paced, supportive, customer-centric and our goal is to bring ASHPs and GSHPs for heating and air conditioning to the world - lowering our customers' monthly costs, and helping the earth! We've been doing this for almost 30 years!

As part of our team, you will have a company vehicle, two weeks paid time off, and competitive pay. You will receive training as needed from senior service technicians until you are comfortable working in the field independently.
On January 1st, 2023, we were only six (6) employees - and now we are twelve (12) employees.
You are looking for a HVAC Service Technician position. Starting pay is based on experience and we work year round, 40 hours a week.
If you've no geothermal experience we will train you.
This position would be able to grow into a variety of other roles in the company - as we are planning on opening at least eight (8) more locations in the next five (5) years.

RequirementsService Technicians make field visits to customer sites to troubleshoot problems and make repairs to heating and cooling systems.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in residential HVAC service or equivalent
- Drivers license and reliable transportation
- Refrigerant experience a plus
- Install experience a plus
- Ability to install, operate, and troubleshoot HVAC control systems
- Dependable, hard working, good communicator
- Electrical Skills for diagnosing problems
