What Your Day Looks Like

You open the doors to a clean, welcoming dispensary and greet the first member of the day. You confirm their information, schedule follow-ups, and help them navigate product choices. Throughout your shift you:

  • Welcome members in person and by phone; schedule appointments; guide intake and renewal processes.
  • Keep meticulous member records, adhering to state regulations and company policy.
  • Answer questions about applicable laws and our company practices.
  • Consult on product selection and safe dosing, supporting each member’s goals.
  • Support inventory and cash management alongside the Dispensary Manager.
  • Execute order fulfillment: prepare orders, enter product data, call members about product availability, and manage admissions.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment—inside and out.
  • Pitch in on additional tasks as directed by the General Manager.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in a fast-paced, client-centered field (hospitality or retail preferred).
  • Cash-handling experience preferred.
  • Able to pass a state mandated background check.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Familiarity with medical cannabis history and product types preferred.
  • Excellent phone and face-to-face service skills.
  • Calm under pressure; focused and organized in a high-traffic setting.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable multi-tasking.

  • Must be able to work quickly but efficiently, while maintaining the integrity of the product.

  • Must wear company-provided lab coats, hair/beard nets, gloves, surgical masks and safety glasses/ goggles/ splash shield, while working in the lab.
