Shift: 3rd, Part Time (16/hpw)
Schedule: Week 1: Sun, Wed 11p-7a Week 2: Wed/Sat 11p-7a
Job Description:
The Residential Support LPN is primarily responsible for providing various supports to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting. The LPN assists individuals in all areas of daily living including personal care, housekeeping, cooking, and recreational activities. The LPN provides medical treatment to individuals that are outside the realm of what a direct service worker may provide. The LPN works closely with individuals to help them to become as independent as possible and to meet their own personal goals.
Job Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Ready access to an automobile
- Valid driver’s license also required.
