Job DescriptionThis is a home health PT position, however manager will consider applicants with no HH experience!
REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year experience required
Traveler Experience: Unit accepts first time travelers
Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Travelers located within 50 miles will receive a *** rate decrease
NH license required, will accept subs with license pending if able to obtain by start date
JOB DETAILS:
Visits Per Day: 6
Shift: 5x8 Days 8a-4:30p
Call Requirement: None
Float Requirement: None
Weekend Requirement: Occasional weekends as needed
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Epic
UNIT ORIENTATION: 10 hours
SCRUBS: Any
