Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our organization, providing exceptional service to our customers in a retail environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive, smooth, supportive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service.
Tuesday-Saturday, 11AM-7PM
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively in person and through phone and email.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Support with product inquires, orders, scheduling and warranty information
- Monitor customer portals and track service and delivery updates
- Collaborate with service and delivery teams
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with efficiency and care.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and procedures.
- Qualifications
- At least 3 years previous experience in customer service in high volume is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Accurate data entry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills are necessary for accurate transaction processing and inventory management
- Mechanically inclined a plus
