Job DescriptionProject Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a wide range of projects, including renovations, capital improvement initiatives, and operational efficiency programs across a diverse real estate portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for capital improvement and renovation projects across multiple properties
- Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and execution plans
- Coordinate with property management, asset management, construction teams, and vendors
- Monitor project performance, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local codes
- Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and financial performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
