Position Overview
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our on-site clinical team in Pittsfield, MA. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

Diagnose speech and language disorders and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication and functional outcomes

Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Utilize data-driven methodologies to evaluate treatment effectiveness and client performance

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and records

Educate clients and families on speech, language, and communication development and strategies

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and care planning discussions

Engage in ongoing professional development, training, and performance feedback initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current and valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Clinical experience assessing and treating speech and language disorders in children and/or adults

Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication development

Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices

Experience using outcome measures and data to track progress and guide clinical decisions

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
