A busy Dover, NH law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our team. This in-person role supports attorneys with case management, client communication, document preparation, and scheduling.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (in office)

Experience: 1+ years in a law firm with prior personal injury legal assistant experience and court e-filing required

Salary: $50–$55,000
Requirements:

Proven personal injury case support, including preparing pleadings and performing e-filing with state and federal courts

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
