Job Description

SUMMARY

\n

Hands-on maintenance leadership opportunity supporting equipment, facility operations and general site reliability within an industrial environment. This position combines technical maintenance work with planning, coordination and oversight of day-to-day maintenance needs and improvement activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

    \n
  • Coordinate and perform routine, preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
  • \n

  • Help organize maintenance priorities, schedules and service requests to support reliable operations.
  • \n

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and general facility issues and complete repairs as needed.
  • \n

  • Support the development of maintenance procedures and equipment-care practices.
  • \n

  • Coordinate outside vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs and facility projects.
  • \n

  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades and general site improvement initiatives.
  • \n

  • Maintain appropriate maintenance records, parts and equipment information.
  • \n

  • Monitor maintenance activities and help identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability.
  • \n

  • Support safe work practices and ensure maintenance activities are completed according to established procedures.
  • \n

  • Work closely with internal teams to address equipment and facility needs.
  • \n

  • Perform a variety of hands-on maintenance and skilled-trade duties as required.
  • \n

QUALIFICATIONS

\n

    \n
  • High school diploma, GED or relevant technical/trade education.
  • \n

  • 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance, mechanical or skilled-trade experience.
  • \n

  • General mechanical aptitude with experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
  • \n

  • Working knowledge of multiple maintenance disciplines such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry or mechanical assembly.
  • \n

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple needs and respond to changing maintenance demands.
  • \n

  • Strong safety awareness and practical problem-solving skills.
  • \n

  • Comfortable communicating with employees, contractors and service providers.
  • \n

  • Basic computer skills for documentation and maintenance-related tasks.
  • \n

  • Ability to work in an active industrial environment and perform the physical requirements associated with hands-on maintenance work.
  • \n
