SUMMARY

Hands-on maintenance leadership opportunity supporting equipment, facility operations and general site reliability within an industrial environment. This position combines technical maintenance work with planning, coordination and oversight of day-to-day maintenance needs and improvement activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate and perform routine, preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
- Help organize maintenance priorities, schedules and service requests to support reliable operations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and general facility issues and complete repairs as needed.
- Support the development of maintenance procedures and equipment-care practices.
- Coordinate outside vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs and facility projects.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades and general site improvement initiatives.
- Maintain appropriate maintenance records, parts and equipment information.
- Monitor maintenance activities and help identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability.
- Support safe work practices and ensure maintenance activities are completed according to established procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams to address equipment and facility needs.
- Perform a variety of hands-on maintenance and skilled-trade duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
\n

- High school diploma, GED or relevant technical/trade education.
- 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance, mechanical or skilled-trade experience.
- General mechanical aptitude with experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Working knowledge of multiple maintenance disciplines such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry or mechanical assembly.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple needs and respond to changing maintenance demands.
- Strong safety awareness and practical problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable communicating with employees, contractors and service providers.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and maintenance-related tasks.
- Ability to work in an active industrial environment and perform the physical requirements associated with hands-on maintenance work.
