    \n BLS and ACLS required. PALS preferred. \n

    \n Pre and post-op recovery care. 42 bed unit. 1:2 phase one recovery. Services include: gyn, ortho, plastics, vascular, cardiology, gen surg, ENT, neuro, all service areas. \n

    \n This unit does pre-op for the entire hospital including inpatient. Pediatric experience is highly preferred, they do cases of all ages, but will train the right candidate. Orientation for peds is 4 days of preceptorship, for adults it is 3 days of preceptorship. There are no assignments, the expectation is that everyone works as a team and jumps in where needed. There is not a lot of downtime. It is a very fast paced environment with a high volume of cases, but you are guaranteed 2 breaks a shift. The do on average 70 recoveries a day and 95 pre ops a day. \n

    \n There are 28 OR bays as well as procedural areas including cath lab, IR, EP lab and MRI. Great IV skills and a good attitude are necessary. 2-3 years of experience and travel experience is required.
