Description
- Prepare and review real estate transaction documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes for property acquisitions and dispositions.
- Conduct title and survey reviews and resolve related issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Assist with zoning and land use analysis to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal files and records for real estate matters.
- Support attorneys in real estate closings, ensuring all documents are executed properly.
- Research and analyze real estate laws, regulations, and precedents as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely completion of projects.
Profile
A successful Senior Paralegal Real Estate should have:
- Experience with real estate transactions, including preparation of related legal documents.
- Familiarity with title and survey reviews, as well as zoning and land use regulations.
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Experience supporting trial preparation.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, internal teams, and external parties.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant legal software and tools is a plus.
Job Offer
