Responsibilities
What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for patients, providing compassionate and efficient service.

Master patient appointment scheduling across diverse surgical specialties (thoracic, colorectal, plastic/reconstructive, vascular, and more!).

Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls, messages, and voicemails.

Oversee referral management and health insurance payer review.

Maintain meticulous patient records and confidential information.

Support new patient coordination and other essential administrative tasks.
What You'll Bring:
Must-Have: Previous front desk or customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred: Experience with surgeons/clinical scheduling and electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Associate's degree preferred.

A minimum of two years of medical office experience preferred.

Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills in a high-volume setting.

A genuine passion for helping others, coupled with empathy and a positive attitude.
