Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Worcester, MA
Shift: Overnight
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Pay: $36.00 – $39.00+ per hour (Based on experience) + Benefits
Setting: Long-Term Care | Skilled Nursing Facility
-> Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor residents’ health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide direct patient care and emotional support
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow nursing standards, policies, and best practices
-> Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Massachusetts LPN license (required)
- 1+ year experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
