Location: Bristol, VT 05443
Pay: Competitive (based on experience, $22/hr target range)

Position Overview:
We are hiring a School Paraprofessional in Bristol, Vermont to support students in a classroom setting, including general and special education environments. This role requires a Highly Qualified Paraprofessional certification or Associate’s degree and at least 1 year of school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support teachers with classroom instruction and student engagement
• Assist students individually and in small groups
• Support implementation of lesson plans and accommodations
• Assist with behavior management and classroom routines
• Work with special education and general education students as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree OR Highly Qualified Paraprofessional certification required
• Minimum 1 year of school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience:

• Special education or instructional support experience
• Classroom aide, paraprofessional, or student support roles
