Job Description
We are seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to work directly with individuals and families on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate matters, and long-term estate planning. The attorney will guide clients through their options, prepare customized estate documents, and handle matters from the initial consultation through completion.
 
Responsibilities:
 
<ul>
<li>Meet with clients to understand family, financial, and estate planning needs</li>
<li>Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents</li>
<li>Advise clients on probate, trust administration, and asset protection matters</li>
<li>Review existing estate plans and recommend appropriate updates</li>
<li>Work closely with paralegals and support staff to complete client matters accurately</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
 
<ul>
<li>JD and active Massachusetts Bar license required. Estate planning, probate, trust administration, or elder law experience is preferred, along with strong drafting and client communication skills.</li>
</ul>
 
Salary:
 
<ul>
<li>$95,000 – $165,000 per year, depending on experience, book of business, and qualifications.</li>
