Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Shift: M-F 8am-430pm
Notes:
- We are going to be adding a receptionist position. They will be sitting at the Main Entrance to sign in all visitors. They will report directly to HR and handle small administrative tasks to fill time.
Must-haves:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Experience with Word and Excel
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Be very polished (I will be honest and say Lisa is going to be very picky about this)
- Must be able to start on 6/22/2026.
This is a confidential search. We're replacing our current security staff because we no longer need those roles, and a receptionist position makes more sense when we move. If/when posting, please no company name.
- ALL candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (THC ok)
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- For temp to hire roles, please ensure the candidate understands what that means, how long their temp term is expected to be and that they are not benefits eligible until hired
- Cannot work outside of department scheduled hours (listed above).

JOB SUMMARY:
This position will manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and support the team with a variety of administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- None.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming front desk experience
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, document preparation, etc.)
- Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering
- Support internal teams with ad hoc tasks as needed
- Other duties as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Zero-1 years’ experience
- Position requires employees to utilize and understand simple formatting and use of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Employee works under general supervision.
- Employee has little or no decision-making responsibility.
- The employee has little or no impact on the decisions of others.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
