Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring individualized care and attention.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to create pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavior support plans, and medication management protocols.
- Complete mandatory documentation and client records in a timely, accurate manner that adheres to regulatory standards.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to inform therapeutic practices and enhance client outcomes.
- Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and enhancing service delivery standards.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems to ensure continuity of care and support.
- Create and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, promoting community understanding of our mission and facilitating access to services.
- Establish relationships with local and state agencies to create new partnerships and funding opportunities that can enhance service offerings.
- Participate in personal and professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and community meetings related to mental health.
- Promote the organization’s values and mission in all professional interactions and activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to further organizational goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
