Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, establishing a deep understanding of their mental health needs.
- Implement graduate-level clinical interventions and therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to each client’s specific circumstances.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with fellow staff members regarding assessments, treatment plans, and interventions through thorough documentation and meetings.
- Demonstrate competency in caring for the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety requirements of a diverse patient population.
- Manage caseload responsibilities by consulting and collaborating with community resources and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Ensure timely and ethical completion of all patient documentation, following departmental protocols.
