Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will include:

- Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for couples and families based on individual and collective needs.
- Providing therapy sessions for clients both in pairs and individually, facilitating communication and guiding families through various challenges.
- Addressing a wide range of issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and adjustment during separation or divorce.
- Implementing therapeutic techniques to enhance communication, conflict resolution, and relationship dynamics among family members.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents.
