Preschool Lead Teacher – EEC Lead Certified
The Learning Experience – Worcester, MA

Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Worcester is seeking an experienced and qualified Preschool Lead Teacher to lead an engaging classroom where children build confidence, independence, and the foundational skills they need for kindergarten and beyond.

We’re looking for a Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher Certified educator who brings strong classroom leadership, understands preschool development, and enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences for young children.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a safe, structured, and engaging Preschool classroom
• Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Create developmentally appropriate experiences supporting early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional learning
• Encourage independence, communication, problem-solving, and kindergarten-readiness skills
• Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance
• Observe children’s development and maintain required classroom documentation
• Guide and collaborate with classroom support teachers
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment
• Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies

What We’re Looking For

• Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher Certification required
• Preschool certification/qualification required
• Previous professional preschool or early childhood teaching experience required
• Lead classroom experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Confident classroom management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, nurturing, and team-oriented
