Salary: $80,000–$90,000 (Based on education and experience)

Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Practice Operations Manager to oversee daily medical practice operations, including financial management, staffing, patient services, regulatory compliance, and clinical administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage practice budgets, financial performance, billing, collections, and revenue cycle operations.
Oversee recruitment, staffing, employee training, performance management, and retention.
Ensure efficient clinical operations, patient flow, scheduling, and front-office services.
Maintain regulatory compliance, operational policies, patient records, and communication across teams.

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field (Required).
Bachelor's degree (Highly Preferred).
Minimum 5 years of relevant healthcare management experience.
Previous medical practice management experience preferred.
Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association.
Strong knowledge of medical practice operations, billing, collections, scheduling, and staffing.
Excellent leadership, communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
