Step into a meaningful opportunity to support students’ success by providing crucial supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in a dynamic school setting. Two experienced Occupational Therapists are needed for contract positions to help guide COTAs within an engaging educational environment for the upcoming school year. This position is located on-site in Claremont, New Hampshire, offering both part-time (up to 20 hours monthly) and full-time (up to 37.5 hours weekly) schedules.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Deliver hands-on clinical supervision to up to two assigned COTAs, ensuring quality therapy services for students
- Conduct approximately 7 hours of supervision per COTA each month onsite within public schools
- Collaborate closely with staff and COTAs to foster a compliant, supportive learning environment
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner to maintain program integrity and compliance
Desired background includes:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
- Demonstrated experience supervising COTAs
- Prior experience in a school setting, understanding the unique needs of educational environments
Your travel to and from the Claremont location will be reimbursed, providing additional support for your commitment.
