Post Rehabilitation Services is welcoming a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow to Langdon Place of Keene. You'll develop your clinical skills in a skilled nursing setting while helping residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
What You'll Do

Evaluate residents and establish goals with guidance from your clinical supervisor

Provide individualized treatment for communication, cognition, and swallowing

Learn to coordinate recommendations with nursing and the broader rehab team

Track residents' progress and complete timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
