Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialized role is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist dedicated to serving a diverse K-12 student population within a school setting in Manchester, NH. This contract position spans the 26-27 school year from September 1 to June 15, offering approximately 30 hours per week over four days, with a typical schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student participation and success
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary to achieve therapy goals within the academic environment
- Maintain documentation in compliance with school policies and licensing requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active New Hampshire state occupational therapy license
- Experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is preferred
