Position Overview
ZWILLING is seeking a Part-Time Retail Keyholder to join our growing retail team. As a Keyholder, you will help lead daily store operations, provide outstanding customer service, and play a key role in building the culture and success of our newest store location. Launch your next retail career adventure with us and help bring the ZWILLING brand to life at our exciting new Wrentham Premium Outlets location!
What You'll Do
- Support store leadership with daily operations and shift management
- Open and close the store while managing POS and cash handling responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager on day-to-day business needs
- Process inventory replenishment and maintain stock levels
- Deliver exceptional customer service that drives sales and customer loyalty
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards
- Conduct product demonstrations and engage customers with our premium brands
- Assist with special events, promotions, and grand opening activities
- Lead by example and help create an exciting, team-oriented environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for cooking, food, and premium kitchen products
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 35 pounds or more and safely use a ladder
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available
