Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Licensed Electrician to join our team. This role is ideal for a confident, organized, and self-motivated professional who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and upholds the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Electrician, you will play a key role in supporting HVAC replacements, new installations, and residential electrical needs by ensuring safe, code-compliant electrical connections and systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Connect electrical power for HVAC replacement and new installation projects

  • Perform power and low-voltage wiring to boilers and related equipment

  • Complete thermostat wiring and electrical hookups

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components for residential and light commercial applications

  • Review building plans and specifications to determine electrical layouts and material needs

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical system issues and resolve deficiencies

  • Ensure all electrical work meets applicable local, state, and national codes

  • Provide professional service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

  • Prepare materials and equipment needed for upcoming projects

  • Install electrical services and panels while working alongside a helper or team member

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience

  • Strong proficiency in residential electrical systems and building codes

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with a team

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts Electrical License

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to work a schedule of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with optional overtime as available

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during the workday

  • Regularly lift, carry, and maneuver materials and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds

  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and operate scaffolds or other climbing devices

  • Perform tasks while stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

  • Ability to work in varying environmental and weather conditions

  • Visual acuity (natural or corrected) sufficient to safely perform all job duties
