Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough initial evaluations and assessments, using clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools to identify each client's mental health needs.
- Create personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific goals and objectives tailored to each client's unique experiences and challenges.
- Facilitate engaging one-on-one counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
- Organize and lead group therapy sessions to foster peer support, sharing experiences, and collective progression among participants.
- Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their feedback and evolving mental health status.
- Thoroughly document client interactions, treatment plans, and clinical progress in a secure electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive care strategy for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a variety of attractive benefits.
