Job Description
IT Operations & End User Services Opportunity – Cambridge MA
You will be responsible for:
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers (on premise and cloud), computers, operating systems, hardware, software, printers, and conference room technologies.
- Lead and provide day to day operation of IT support, including provisioning end-user services such as help desk, applications, cyber security, and data networking technical support.
- Administer all technology services, including communication and collaboration platforms.
- Work collaboratively to oversee and implement all IT policies, procedures and plans for security, data, desktops and infrastructure based on industry standard best practices
- Provide customer-centric technical support on all infrastructure technologies such as desktop computing, applications, and data networking.
- Collaborate, manage and prioritize activities of IT managed service provider
- Responsible for on-boarding and training new employees
- Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues
Qualifications we require for this role:
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related technical discipline
- A minimum five years of IT desktop support and cloud-based solutions experience
- Well versed in Microsoft technologies, GCP, Windows, macOS, etc.
