Key Qualifications:
- Prior school paraprofessional experience is required
- Ability to adapt to a range of student age groups (Pre-K through high school)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be reliable, proactive, and dedicated to student success
- Team-oriented approach, comfortable collaborating with educators and support staff
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting assignments and tasks within the school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support teachers and students in classroom activities and individualized learning plans
- Provide both academic and behavioral assistance, ensuring a safe and encouraging setting
- Foster positive relationships with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Assist with implementation of IEPs and other program accommodations as needed
- Monitor, document, and report student progress and behaviors
- Aid in classroom management and help facilitate an organized learning space
This position is full-time, offering between 32.5 and 37.5 hours per week, and runs until June 2027.
