An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Stepdown unit experience to provide exceptional care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, offering a focused setting where critical thinking and patient management skills are essential.

Location: Newton Lower Falls, MA

Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• 3 shifts of 12 hours each, 7:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to patients in a Step Down unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments as needed
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Proven Step Down unit experience required
• Ability to work efficiently during night shifts with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
