An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Stepdown unit experience to provide exceptional care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, offering a focused setting where critical thinking and patient management skills are essential.
Location: Newton Lower Falls, MA

Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- 3 shifts of 12 hours each, 7:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized nursing care to patients in a Step Down unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments as needed
- Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Proven Step Down unit experience required
- Ability to work efficiently during night shifts with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
