Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (Travel LPN) to provide quality nursing care across various healthcare settings. The Travel LPN will assist in patient assessments, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care while adapting quickly to new environments and facility protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions to appropriate healthcare providers.
- Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and routine nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards.
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted certification/licensure as LPN
- 1 year of experience required - LPN
- BLS from AHA.
- COVID card or Medical / Religious Exemption.
