Temp to hire
Schedule: 8am-4pm, M-F on call - 1 week every 3 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Light Plumbing such as fixture replacement
- Apartment turnovers: cleaning, minor repairs, painting, etc.
- Maintain grounds and common areas such as snow removal and landscaping
- Communicate larger maintenance issues to management
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential needs and safety issues
- Basic carpentry repairs and very minor electrical repairs
Requirements
- MUST have their own car
- Must have experience with light plumbing and painting
- Must be ok with being on call for snow removal as needed
