Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Chronic Pain Management
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a dynamic clinical team specializing in chronic pain management.
Roles & & Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations.

Develop individualized treatment plans involving medications, interventional procedures, and other evidence-based therapies.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.

Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.

Manage approximately 25-30 patients daily.

Handle medication refills and provide ongoing patient care.
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
-
Active NP or PA license.
-
Relevant experience in pain management preferred.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
