Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Prior experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting is required
- Comfortable working with students from Pre-K through High School
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and classroom dynamics
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Availability to work full-time, 32.5-37.5 hours per week
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional and behavioral support to students, following teachers' and specialists' guidance
- Assist students with classroom activities, assignments, and transitions throughout the school day
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages student growth and independence
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administration to meet individual and group needs
- Demonstrate flexibility to support various grade levels as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all school policies
