Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to students, including assessments, treatments, and emergency response
- Manage and document health records accurately and confidentially
- Administer medications and treatments according to school policies and healthcare plans
- Collaborate with school personnel and families to support student health needs and promote wellness
- Participate in health screenings and develop individualized healthcare plans as needed
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience working in school or pediatric nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly with children and adolescents
- Ability to manage emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Familiarity with school health regulations and protocols is a plus
