Job DescriptionOverview: Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Home Health Aides for Per Diem positions in Chelsea, Revere, Lynn areas. Qualifications of a Home Health Aide include:

<li>Be reliable and dependable.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Have HHA certification.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Be able to use a computer for documentation.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Able to efficiently perform all HHA tasks.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Have a car and a valid driver's license.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Home care experience is a plus.</li>
</ul>
 Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide include:
<ul>
<li>Helps the patient maintain good personal hygiene.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environment for patients.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Plans and prepares simple meals.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assists patients with basic health-related care needs.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Encourages the patients to become as independent as possible and follow the aide care plan.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Report any change in the patients' mental or physical condition.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Performs routine housekeeping tasks related to a safe and comfortable environment for the patients.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Attends and completes in-services as required by state and federal regulations.</li>
</ul>
