About the Role
Are you energetic and passionate about helping kids grow? KidStrong is looking for Coaches who love creating fun, engaging experiences for children. As a Coach, you'll lead our curriculum and make a lasting impact on the kids and families in our community.
What You'll Do
- Lead fun, high-energy classes that build brain, physical and character skills in kids from crawling age to 11 years old.
- Understand the purpose behind KidStrong's programs and explain it clearly to kids and parents.
- Earn KidStrong Coach Certification and keep building your skills through our ongoing training.
- Create positive experiences for families before, during and after class.
- Keep classes running smoothly and on time.
- Keep families engaged and excited about their child's progress at KidStrong.
- Coach classes, camps, movie nights and other center events as needed.
- Support community events and center initiatives.
- Help keep the center clean, organized and well maintained.
What You Bring
- A genuine passion for working with children (required).
- Coaching, teaching or childcare experience with kids from walking age to 11 years old.
- Confidence and clear communication with parents and guardians.
- High energy and an engaging presence in every class.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to mentor and support fellow coaches.
- CPR certification, or willingness to get certified.
