This contract role offers an opportunity to work on-site, guiding and mentoring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure the highest standard of service delivery within local schools. With both part-time (up to 20 hours/month) and full-time (up to 37.5 hours/week) positions available, you can select a schedule that fits your lifestyle while taking on meaningful responsibilities.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license, with credentials to practice in New Hampshire
- Demonstrated experience supervising COTAs in an educational setting
- Strong familiarity with school-based therapy service delivery
- Organized and detail-oriented in documentation and compliance activities
- Effective communicator and collaborator
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision for up to two assigned COTAs, ensuring approximately seven hours of supervision per COTA each month
- Complete and maintain accurate supervision records and administrative paperwork
- Offer supervision and mentoring exclusively on-site in district public schools
- Work collaboratively with district staff and COTAs to support compliant, effective therapy delivery
