Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, using standardized assessment tools to evaluate client needs effectively.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions to facilitate patient progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to communicate treatment goals, adjustments, and progress during regular case consultation meetings.
- Demonstrate sensitivity and skills required to provide holistic care, considering the physical, psychological, and social aspects of each patient's life.
- Engage in case management duties, effectively coordinating care with hospitals, community agencies, and support programs to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
