Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for energetic, motivating, knowledgeable and charismatic Trainers to join our F45 Maynard Crossing team. Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member to provide the ultimate F45 experience.
The ideal candidate is a great public speaker that can confidently lead a room and motivate members. They have a basic knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and can articulate the teaching of these concepts. They are enthusiastic, and incredibly passionate about fitness, helping people, and inspiring growth.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged
- Demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed
- Maintain strong working knowledge of our group training programs
- Help set up equipment layout for classes as needed and maintain a clean, organized, energetic and fun studio.
- Be a vibrant, passionate, living example of fitness and health
- Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of personal training or group fitness experience
- A current fitness certification from an F45 approved education company such as ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.
- Enthusiasm and passion for training and seeing results from clients
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Must have the desire and capacity to train all fitness levels, novice to elite
- Current CPR/AED, First Aid certification
