A Physical Therapist is required for a hospital-based outpatient setting with occasional responsibilities for inpatient acute and swing services at a Critical Access Hospital. This position is ideal for experienced professionals looking to make a difference in patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Qualifications\n

- Minimum of 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience.
- Outpatient experience is required.
- Inpatient experience is highly preferred.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
- A valid state license in New Hampshire is required.
