Junior Auto Technician / Apprentice Mechanic
DiBacco’s Service Center – Beverly, Ma.
DiBacco’s Service Center is a busy, well-established independent shop looking to add a junior technician to our team.
You do not need to know everything. We are willing to train the right person from the ground up.
What matters most to us is attitude, work ethic, and reliability.
Attendance is priority #1.
What you’ll start with:
- Tires, brakes, oil services
- State inspections
- Shop support and learning proper procedures
What you’ll grow into:
- More advanced repairs
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting
- A long-term career as a full-service technician
What we’re looking for:
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent attendance and dependability
- Basic mechanical interest (school or hands-on experience helpful)
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic tools (we don’t expect a full toolbox on day one)
