A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Worcester, MA 01608.

FNP Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour, paid weekly
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

FNP Highlights

  • Required availability:
    • Average 32 hours per week
    • Hours of operation:
      • Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM–7:30 PM
      • Sat: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
      • Sun: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
    • Biweekly schedule totals 65 hours (one week at 38 hours, the next at 27 hours)
  • Start Date: Approximately 4 weeks from offer
  • Potential for Direct Hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs

FNP Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based Primary and Family Care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and care management
  • Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment
  • Manage patient appointments and conduct routine examinations to support optimal health outcomes
  • Conduct diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Educate and encourage patients to engage in healthy lifestyle choices and participate actively in their wellness, preventive care, and chronic condition management

FNP Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license
  • Experience providing primary or family care in a clinical setting
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and patient-care skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in urgent care, primary care, or walk-in clinic settings
  • Experience with diagnostic testing and patient education
