Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct secure and confidential virtual counseling sessions with clients utilizing our established telehealth platform.
- Perform thorough initial assessments to accurately gauge clients’ mental health needs, collaboratively devising personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a variety of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues, providing support through therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
- Deliver immediate support during crisis situations, demonstrating adept crisis management skills to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Maintain comprehensive electronic records, including client progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
- Educate clients on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and pertinent community resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental health journey.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings as required.
